Xero Athletics Return & Exchange Policy

At Xero Athletics, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags must still be attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Team uniforms and apparel with player names, numbers, or team-specific branding.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different size are available subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is found to be defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Approved claims may be exchanged, refunded, or issued store credit at Xero Athletics' discretion.

In-Person Returns Only

All returns and exchanges must be completed in person. We do not accept returns by mail.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Xero Athletics reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
